Starting a Revolution

When I was invited to the fit for learning training last summer, I was excited to see what this program was all about. I can honestly say that this training has inspired me in many ways to change the way I teach and live my life.

I took this training back to my school and formed a school-wide wellness committee to help students, parents, and staff members. I shared with my administration and other teachers how easy and useful this binder is to implement into the classroom. I developed a classroom theme based on the information, activities, and other great handouts the ffl binder provided.

My students were completely happy to be on board with me. They were all excited about trying to take a more active role in living a healthier lifestyle.

I cannot say enough good things about this program. This binder will always be a part of my classroom curriculum. From the California standards being listed for activities to the big monthly poster, the binder helps any teacher start a health revolution in the classroom.
